If you are unsatisfied with the services rendered despite your active participation you may be entitled to a refund of fees. The initial setup and first month of service fees are non-refundable and will be retained, unless you cancel your services prior to midnight of the third business day after the date that the contract is signed. (Credit Repair monthly services only) If you are unsatisfied with the services performed, you must provide a formal written complaint within 14 days the last date of services. Complaints received after 14 days will be deemed ineligible for refund.
